Job Title: Sales Representative – Commission Based with Base Salary
Location: Chicagoland / Northwest Indiana
JRS Mar/Com is currently looking for a Sales Representative to drive our company’s growth by acquiring and managing new client accounts. Responsibilities include meeting with warm leads, as well as identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting and selling company products and services, and maintaining positive client relationships. The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Creatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within an Agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
